Each service is subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2.1 Service Availability
Our services are available in designated areas only. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue services based on our operational capacity and resource availability.
3. Booking and Payment
To schedule a cleaning session, users must provide accurate information during the booking process. Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are available under certain conditions as outlined in section 5.

4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Spot Cleaner, you are responsible for the following:

- Ensuring access to the property during the scheduled cleaning time.
- Securing or removing any valuable or fragile items prior to cleaning.
4.1 Property Condition
You must ensure that the property is in a condition suitable for cleaning. Spot Cleaner is not liable for any pre-existing damages or items left unattended.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair to both parties:
- Cancellation by User: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by Spot Cleaner: In rare cases where Spot Cleaner must cancel a service, a full refund will be provided, and we will make efforts to reschedule at a convenient time.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for services not rendered due to cancellations by either party.
5.1 Rescheduling
Users may reschedule their appointments subject to availability. Spot Cleaner will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spot Cleaner strives to provide high-quality services but cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
